We keep our groups small so every ride feels personal, safe, and well organized. Please review the important booking rules below before confirming your waterbike adventure.
- Arrive 15 minutes early for parking, check-in, and safety orientation.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before departure to receive a refund or change your booking.
- Late arrivals and no-shows are charged in full.
- Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled, moved to another tour, or refunded based on conditions and availability.
- All changes must be confirmed directly by phone or WhatsApp.
