Do I need experience to ride a water bike?
No. Our water bikes are beginner-friendly, extremely stable, and easy to ride. Before your tour begins, our guides provide a full safety briefing and demonstration so you can ride with confidence.
Is the water bike difficult to ride?
Not at all. Most guests have never ridden a water bike before. The bikes are designed for comfort, stability, and are suitable for nearly all fitness levels.
Can I see sea turtles during the tour?
Sea turtles are regularly spotted during our tours. While wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, many guests are lucky enough to see them in their natural habitat.
Is the experience suitable for children?
Yes. Children are welcome on selected tours when accompanied by an adult. Please contact us if you have questions about age recommendations.
Can two people ride together?
Yes. We offer experiences designed specifically for couples as well as private rides for two.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No. Swimming is not required. Every guest receives a properly fitted life jacket before the tour begins.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes. Safety equipment, including life jackets, is provided for every guest and must be worn during the experience.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel, water, and a waterproof phone case if you wish to take photos.
What should I wear?
Comfortable beachwear, swimwear, water shoes or sandals, and clothing suitable for the weather are recommended.
Can I bring my phone or camera?
Yes. Phones and cameras are welcome. We recommend using a waterproof case or floating strap for extra protection.
Are photos included?
Yes. Our guides take photos during the experience whenever possible so you can focus on enjoying your adventure.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety always comes first. If weather conditions are unsuitable, we’ll contact you to reschedule your tour or discuss the available options.
Where do we meet?
Your booking confirmation includes the exact meeting location, directions, and arrival instructions.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for check-in and the safety briefing.
Can cruise ship visitors join a tour?
Absolutely. Many of our guests arrive by cruise ship. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What is your cancellation policy?
